This is an unexpected gem! Mark and Sabine were excellent hosts. You can tell they have put so much love and energy into their B&B. The room was impeccable, with lots of thoughtful touches. The bathroom has been renovated to an excellent standard, with some unique features and gorgeous tiles. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice, including for veggies/vegans. We couldn't recommend Moortown Lodge enough.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Very comfortable bed and anything you wanted for breakfast. They even catered for dairy and wheat allergies. Would definitely visit again

What a beautiful place to stay! Dolly is cozy and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Dolly was very clean and we slept comfortably in the cosy bed. The little seating area outside was an ideal place to eat our breakfast or have a coffee after a day out. Martine and Ivor were extremely friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Martine for the lovely breakfast hampers, all the advice for places to go and places to eat and the nice chats we've had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Location was perfect for the Go Ape in Moors Valley. Very quiet even though it was near a busy road. Ample cooking facilities if you don’t want to go out. Bed was very comfortable and property was clean. Owners always replied to my emails very quickly.

Supper and breakfast were great. Very handy to the Bournemouth airport with a short taxi ride. Taxi company recommended by hotel was excellent also: on time, clean, reasonable!
