Our stay at the hotel was excellent, we were complimentary upgraded upon arrival to the Princess Suite and it is the most beautiful room I have seen or stayed in in the UK I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and facilities. We look forward to coming back when we are next in the UK

Lovely rooms and hotel is beautiful. Staircase is so lovely, nice and quiet on the top floor. Staff were helpful, we enjoyed our stay here. Nice location for beach and lake district.
