When we arrived the staff, and particularly the maintenance man went out of their way to find a safe place to safely store our large tandem bicycle. Our room was comfortable and both it and the bathroom were clean and neat. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were delicious.

Probably the best hotel to stay at if you need to be close to London Heathrow. Very comfy room, a great restaurant/bar and the staff are all very nice. You do actually feel relaxed and welcomed to lounge around when you're there which is great if you have a big flight coming up. We will definitely return if we're ever passing through London again.
