I had the best stay! They say staff can make or break your business and the team of Bidadari is the absolute best! On arrival they provide a welcome drink and check in was fast and smooth. I arrived just before room service was closed for the night yet they prepared such delicious food for me! 10/10. The villa is exactly the same as in the photos if not better quite spacious and clean. Loved the pool so good!! Spent a whole 3 hours doing spa treatments you have to book in advance probably best to do 12hrs before I don't think they have a masseuse on site but the one they book has divine hands!!! Had knots on my back walked out a new human. The staff do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and are always polite. Had a small issue of ants in the room on day 1 they responded quickly and got rid of them. They also provide an adapter for the sockets which was very kind. Definitely recommend and would go back! Ratings: Staff - 10/10 Villa - 10/10 Food - 8.5/10 Spa - 8.5/10

The Apartments Umalas definitely met my expectations. What I booked is exactly what I got, I personally love the location; it's in a quiet area but not too far from everything. I can rest peacefully when Canggu/Seminyak's busyness overwhelms me! The Apartments Umalas was my slice of Heaven, and I will definitely come back!

It was a lovely one-night staycation with my friend. We both live in Ubud and took a short trip to explore Seminyak and Canggu. I loved the style and each detail of the interior very much. The bed was very comfortable! My friend and I slept like babies. The area is a little busy but walkable and has a lot of cool restaurants and shops around.

Very helpful and smiling people in the villa. They are so kind. They thinking everything for our relaxing. When will come to villa the room is alread cool because they open the air conditiom earlier. Also they send me message for my language. So kind. You can take massage on the villa with rgood price. İf i come to Canggu again , i will absolutely stay in the Komea. Thanks for eveything
