Room was ready at 10.30 am when we arrived in Pise, a large room for my partner and I. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, staff asked if we wanted eggs in addition to the buffet(omelette, scrambled etc..). During the day, you can go to the main living room to grab a snack and make a coffee or have a glass of water (still or fizzy). You can also relax or read a book in some super comfy armchair. Please notice that in the shower within our room, water came from a head built into the ceiling. We didn't mind, but maybe some people would. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The area is really calm and at 20min from the train station and the pise tower. There is one supermarket at less than 5min, and another one at 5min in Via Guglielmo Oberdan (a central street). Would recommend 100%!

The owner Maria is wonderful, she was very friendly and explained how all the facilities work in the flat. She let us also leave our belongings at the place after checkout so we could travel around the city without them. The breakfast provided was plenty, the terrace is spacious, quiet and private, the bed is comfy and the whole place is very clean. Maria provides and excellent service whilst caring for her new born baby! Amazing job :)

Breakfast was delicious! Room was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable with a good size bathroom and clean towels every day. Location was within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Also, the owner called for a taxi for us when we needed to go to the airport which was very helpful since we don't speak Italian.

The room is super nice, clean with everything needed. The woman that took care of us at arrival and for breakfast the next morning and for check-out was so kind and so smiling, it is always a plus for me when I stay somewhere. The breakfast during Covid is served as room service which was a first for us, and it was very cool ! They make you chose what you want the day before, and what time approximately, and they bring it to you the next morning. They didn't forget anything and they add some like stuff too. The cappucini were very good, the bread too ! Obviously it's amazingly situated, very close to the Pisa tower and then we walked all around Pisa. I think it's a great value accomodation in Pisa !
