Despite a language barrier (as I do not speak a lot of Spanish) they were patient and extremely helpful. Everything I had in the room was in great working order and nothing felt like it was broken, dirty or anything like that. The aircon in the room was amazing for someone from England who is not used to hot weather. And the view from the balcony of a nice forest was great to see.KimeaSolo traveler

Our first room had a clogged toilet and hotel upgraded us as maintenance couldn’t make it until next day. Very pleased with the service and attentiveness of staff. The pool was gorgeous and outside sitting was beautiful and comfortable. So close to the beach and restaurants too.WhiteYoung couple
