We had an awesome stay at Bellasera that really exceeded our expectations. The customer service was excellent: free shuttle bus to and from the beach; free beach chairs and umbrellas; free bikes; complimentary cinnamon buns and coffee for breakfast. Everything was included in the resort fee and we were never told to pay anything extra. The room was very clean, kitchenware was new and pleasant to use. Kids loved the heated pool and jacuzzi a lot. Thank you so much for our stay!

The hotel has a beautiful pool area surrounded by the tropical gardens, not well shown on the hotel photos. the breakfast area is outdoors near the pool, the breakfast was really enjoyable. AC worked really well without any noise, sleeping was good! Overall very good value for Naples central.
