The award-winning COVE Paradise Street are located in the heart of the Liverpool ONE development which offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent all of them, and I just requested a room with a nice view, and they gave me the best room in the hotel on the top floor with the panoramic view all around the city… I couldn’t of asked for more. It was probably one of my best hotel stays in the long long, long time. And great value for the money as well. I had an excellent trip to Liverpool, and if I returned, I would definitely stay at the cove Paradise again.

The Ambassador Townhouse is set in the centre of Southport, and only 10 minutes' walk from Southport Rail Station. Can't wish anything better in terms of location. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Warm welcome on arrival from host Tony and throughout our stay made us feel like visiting good old friend. Breakfast was exceptional with options to chose for each day and prepared to the high standard.

All the staff that we encountered whether in reception or during breakfast was absolutely amazing: helpful, proactive, kind, always with a smile on their faces. The breakfast is fantastically diverse and delicious, make sure to take time to enjoy it. Comfortable bed. Great rain shower. Nice availability of toiletries. Water given everyday when consumed. Super happy I chose this great hotel.
