On Eastbourne seafront, Ebor Lodge offers well-appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. The location and the view is worthy of everything. As it was our anniversary, they even gave us a little gift which was very thoughtful.

The Laindons is a Georgian, Grade II-listed building located on the High Street in Hastings’ old town, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and several restaurants. Tastefully decorated guest house. Room was chic, well appointed with every comfort thought of. Small well stocked fridge with optional drinks and snacks if wanted. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Bed was extremely comfortable with excellent linen. Short walk to Hastings restaurants. Excellent choice of breakfasts served in delightful conservatory. Comfortable common lounge area has a selection of light reading on coffee tables. An absolute jewel. Thank you to Karen, our host.

Situated opposite a boating lake and 200 metres from Littlehampton Beach, Regency Rooms is an adult-only accommodation offering free WiFi in all rooms. For my needs this was a great location, easy free parking options, 8 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the room was very spacious and nicely put together. Comfortable bed and nice large shower were the top features for me. Very generous and well stocked tea / coffee facilities as well. I'd definitely stay again. Great value for price.
