The room has a beautiful panorama over the valley (looking northeast, across the Spanish border), as well as a stunning view of the castle from the balcony (looking northwest). The staff is very kind and attentive; even though it was very quiet at the hotel (it seemed I was the only guest), they still served me an extensive breakfast.

We had been upgraded to (2) rooms with balcony and a view of the restaurant and the river and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed that very much and thank you for that bonus. The breakfast was good, not excellent,We tried to convince the lady to make for us eggs sunny side up but we got scrambled eggs. It is not a big deal. Al in all it is a beautiful, nice and very clean place to stay. Well worth the money.
