Very friendly staff. Bell man went out of his way to help us find taxi on a very busy day. Rukebul Islam, the guy who cleaned our rooms daily, made sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely helpful to make our stay comfortable.

Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Ms. Ibtihal & Mr.Omar for the great hospitality. Upon my arrival Mr. Omar did an upgrade for my room to a Suite which was very clean and comfortable. A fruit Plate was also delivered to my room upon my arrival. Ms. Ibtihal at Guest Relation was very kind and helpful during my stay. Food at the Restaurant was delicious. I will definitely visit the hotel again. Thank you very much.
