The chalet was very comfortable, it make our stay relaxing and enjoyable with a beautiful view. This was one of the best rental accommodation for a pre- Christmas with our family that we had. The commute to the ski resort was easy. We would certainly recommend it, and the communication with the host was very good and timely.

The condo is relatively recent and in a beautiful location with convenient access to the resort. Unique in its own way! We had an overall comfortable stay. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower worked well and the kitchen was rather well equipped. However the stove/oven was a little hard to figure out (slow, small, funny controls etc.) (maybe because I’m used to induction). The main disappointment was wifi. If you need it for work - forget it!! It’s slow, unstable, unreliable, almost inexistent. I had to connect to my personal hotspot. I’ve stayed before in other units at Les Suites sur lac and the internet was fine. And also this unit is on the basement level , in the third building - you don’t really get the view of the lake , it is blocked by the trees. The pool is only open in the summer, it’s not heated. There is no hot tub on the premises. Which could be a nice addition! We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again (given that the internet issue is resolved). Thanks!

This is a great place.
This is a great place. We have come twice and my family loves it. The lake is calm and great for young kids. You don't have to pay to rent kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Overall just a great place to bring family to unwind and relax. Bonus is it is very close to Mount Tremblant which is a great.

Great family vacation for 2 adults and 4 children under 13. Beautiful lake, kayaking, Canoeing, Peddle boat, tennis courts, Volleyball, Boccie, Ping Pong, Foosball. Relax by the pool or at your condo with the beautiful lake view. For once I actually had breakfast, lunch, and dinner in my own condo. We brought so much food. Great time cooking and sharing stories. Beer & wine while cooking is a must! At night we sat outside and had an amazing waterfront/mountain view and just listened to music, you tube, etc. Great time for all the family! AL :)

I love the location and the facilities.
I love the location and the facilities. Using the Canoes and Kayak as a self service was truly awesome. I love the wood log cabin and the nature all around it. What I ddnt appreciate is the fact that when I called the concierge asking why the other chalet around us had wood for the chimney while we didn't, his answer was "well, the other chalets paid a little more" having paid 1500$ for 3 nights, I dont think I would care paying 10 dollars more a night would have mattered. It would have been way more convenient than having to drive down to a grocery store/gas station for wood. I have been there before (I am a regular customer and I do this yearly) but I noticed that this time the property wasn't maintained like the previous year. The basement had stains of clorox all over the carpet. The BBQ was very old and didn't have proper heat distribution which made us struggled to grill the meat. Also the shampoo containers of all the bathrooms were empty.

Jean also prepared the fire in the fireplace which made our room extra special as we had never used a real fireplace before. We needed to find the nearest gas station and market for food and they were ready with information. We chose the smallest of the two-bedroom options, and found it easily spacious enough for five adults. The large windows of the living room and master bedroom looked out onto a glorious view of Lac Superieur. We used the vicinity to both Mont Blanc and Mont Tremblant ski resorts. Perfect base for both. Host has everything well laid out and self explanatory. Made sure that the snow was cleared early in the morning so we could leave safely. Outside jacuzzi was waiting for us, nothing like a hot tub in the snow!

The pass for Mont Tremblant park was a nice perk along with the bracelets. And I'll mention again location just a short 15 minute drive from the park and Mont Tremblant is about 20 minutes. Will book again.
