Location was fine. No breakfast. It was clean. The lady looking after the place was helpful. She worked miracles with what should be considered a dump. That was the end of what we liked.

Very friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room, delicious meals in a lovely old mansion, with nice grounds near river. Spa was a treat. great access off main highway.
