Our purpose was to be in the area for the armed forces basic training graduation. The room served our purpose. It was clean and had all the required furnishings for a 2 night stay. Parking was just in front of the room. By car multiple restaurants and fast food outlets are with in a 5 to 10 min distance. Nice location facing the river. Break fast is basic and just what is required. Staff was courteous.

We especially enjoyed the friendliness/helpfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk provided useful tips on what to see in Montreal if you only have 1.5 days. The hotel also hosted a free solar eclipse viewing reception in one of their conference rooms, offering wine and snacks. It turned into a little viewing party with ~20 guests and staff - what a wonderful, unexpected experience.
The design throughout the hotel is modern, yet warm and welcoming. Between the lobby and the restaurant/bar ("Cousins") a series of planters are mounted to an interesting "air-rail" and watering system, which almost gives the impression of being in the woods (see pictures). The room was tastefully decorated and equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, glasses/cups/plates/bowls/silverware - things that are often missing in other hotels. The bed was super comfortable! They also have a little gym that is accessible 24x7. There is free parking in an underground garage across the street. The location is right next to a very large strip mall, some business buildings, and a freeway. But it's close enough to Montreal city (~25-30min drive). We would definitely consider staying here again.
This boutique Brossard hotel is located within Quartier Dix30, which offers a spa, over 100 stores, dining and nightlife. The hotel features free Wi-Fi.
Great place to visit for nature lovers. The bike path on the Chambly Canal is safe, family-friendly and will take you from the Vieux Saint-Jean to the Vieux Chambly, with historic architecture and tons of dining options in all price ranges at both ends.

Staff incredibly friendly.
Staff incredibly friendly. They accomodated my particular, on and off situation, including a couple of upgrades. Spacious room with fully stocked kitchenette. Very satisfied. Breakfast simple but tasty. Was here for work and didnt actually discover the city, but its very inviting, overlooking the river. Saw several guests dressed for biking trips.

We didn't spend a lot a time in the city, but there is a small nice park "Parc des parulines" where we saw a fox and some birds. There is a very good restaurant "Restaurant Brava Grill #2", they cook a very tasty chicken and a very good rice.

We were in town on a Monday night and had a hard time finding a place that served alcohol. A lot of places will allow you to bring your own bottle, but the licquor store closed at 6 pm, before we got some. Also, the pay for parking places in the old town are ubiquitous and annoying to use. We finally gave up and went back to thehotel and went to sleep.

These mom and pop motels can often be a pleasant surprise and this one met that standard. While fairly plain looking the room was very clean and included a kitchenette with fridge and micro. The bathroom was spotless. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. The wifi signal was very strong.
I was later than expected arriving, but the owner called to confirm I was on my way and had a key ready for me when I got there. The motel is old, but comfortable and clean. Price is very reasonable. A much better experience than a stay in a downtown Montreal hotel last month.
I was happy to see they had hand sanitizer as soon as you come in an as soon as u get off elevator an was good to know there was many foors an hotel was nearly so bare that I had 2 rooms I rented across from another. An that the staff spoke both French and English.
We went to see a concert in Montreal that was getting out late. I called the hotel in the afternoon to let them know we would be arriving late. The owner was there waiting for me at 12:30 am to check me in.
The hotel was lovely. The pool was great. Room was clean. Pillows and bed were so comfy. I truly felt at home. Hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Cinnamon buns delicious!
Basic hotel right off the highway. Clean rooms, slightly dirty carpet but as expected for lower price hotel. Breakfast was very good, one of the best I’ve had included in some time. Staff all friendly
Nice hotel, close to restaurants, had a nice pool and the room was very large. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom that were refill bottles instead of one time use bars and bottles.
Beautiful five star hotel quality room in a small intimate setting. Staff communication was outstanding, friendly, and all around excellent.
Can't speak highly enough of the hotel!
The breakfast was good in the sense of the availability and time it was available. The food was, well it included hotel breakfast quality food. Very little variety and predictable.
Breakfast room is tiny. Food very bad, breakfast staff have poor training. Plastic cutlery & disposable plates!? // poor layout of the hotel// room furniture & decor very outdated
