Wow , where to start. This hotel excels in so many areas. They have nailed down the true essence of hospitality. Starters - knowing it was a dance weekend they had laid out beverages and snacks for the dancers staying at the property. Front desk - top notch !! So friendly and quick with the check in. Breakfast was what you would normally find at other hotels. Cleanliness - Top marks. The hotel was quite busy and usually by the end of the day the floors and elevator rightfully show that kind of traffic . This was not the case at this hotel. We spent 2 days and the elevator, hallways and lobby continued to look like they were just cleaned. The pool: was a nice area - clean and well laid out. Oo the also had a great sauna room. Exercise room: looked standard and nice ( I didn’t use it) Also - for anyone traveling with little children - they have a playground !!!!! But what wowed me the most. NO INCIDENTAL !!! Omg 10 stars to them for getting rid of that outdated practice.

It's in the heart of the city where everything is reachable. Near McDonald, Tim Horton's, WalMart, Canadian Tire and Etc. The Hotel is clean and its bed is very much comfortable. Love their amenities and the staff named Ms. Love is very accomodating and friendly during our late night checked-in. I want to give my kudos to the booking.com custkmer service staff Mr. Roland Marco M. Who helped me a lot in re-booking my schedule. Man, you did a very great job and thank you for that very big help. Hats off to you.

Cleanliness is the first thing. The place is so clean. The staff during our late night checked-in was so friendly. We had the fastest checked-in experienced with this hotel. Her name is Angel. Breakfast wasn't impressive at all but that's fine. Important is, the place itself is very comfy and its bed and room. Upon check-out, their staff Genika is so friendly. To top it all, thanks Canalta for having those friendly staffs and clean place.

Used room with 3 queen beds. Much better price compared to other hotels in the area. Comfortable, clean, free breakfast. Hotel was quiet at night and location easy to get to and close to other amenities. Had a nice large hot tub that was not too busy. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel provided 'doggy gift bags' when paying the pet fee and that was amazing! This is the only hotel that has given any type of item for the fee charged and it was wonderful. The room was clean, modern and perfect.
