Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. The location cannot be beat. Right overlooking the main road and the Kurpark. Walkable to everything. Super comfortable beds, updated bathroom/shower, Substantial breakfasts can be ordered with the room - we loved them. Perfect restaurant downstairs where we ate multiple evenings. Made for a perfect vacation.
