We were warmly welcomed to the hotel. Arrived early (as they were breaking down the breakfast buffet) and they graciously provided us with coffee and juice. Our rooms were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very attentive (bringing additional coffee as requested). The hotel location is exceptional. The outdoor patio looks up at the castle where we enjoyed a bottle of wine. The funicular to the castle is at the ground level of the hotel and the walking zone and bridge are steps away from the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location.
