We received a great welcome and even though I looked myself in the garage the receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant.
We had a room on the fifth floor with a terrace which was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. We never had any problem with the lift.
It was really easy to get the bus into Pamplona for €1.60 per person each way. The bus stop was just around corner.
The cafeteria was great value for a simple breakfast and coffee to start our day.
I would return without hesitation on my next visit to Pamplona.
The 4-star Occidental Pamplona hotel gives you the opportunity to visit the main points of interest of the capital of Navarre from a comfortable and relaxing stay that you can not miss.
Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with ensuite facilities, but bed a little too firm for my liking. Whole hotel very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent value for money. It was a good location for onward road connections. Also a commercial centre close by which had a variety of restaurants for evening meals. A river walk nearby to exercise any pets you have travelling with you or just a pleasant evening walk.
I have stayed in this hotel twice before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now the hotel has been updated and there is more seating and dining space, both inside and a very nice terrace.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is good, breakfast is excellent, one of the best I have had in recent years.
The rooms are comfortable and the location is hard to beat, as it is on the route we take from Pamplona to the French border.
Beautiful hotel, very friendly welcome on arrival, best nights sleep in a room overlooking the river. Room was spotlessly clean and very smart. The restaurant food was excellent and at a very reasonable price. Helpful happy staff.
the location was great and very handy for all the shops near by. the river at the back of the hotel was an added bonus for walking our dog who was with us.
