Staff so friendly they tried as much as possible to sort out our problem, the room was very smelly to smoking (cigarret). But the could as the Hotel was full, they cleanned again, and improved a bit, for someone alergic was a bad expirience

The room was a good size and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was good and the lobby was very nice. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and welcoming to our dog. No charge for pets either a nice change. It is about 30 minutes walk to the port, but if you've been in a car all day it was very welcome. Lots of restaurants in the port. Great value for money.
