Nice snow and ice sculptures, make sure you wear more layers when you visit the snowhotel and the ice bar! Reception and sauna staff were great. Provided a complimentary dinner on the 24th when the other restaurants were closed. The ice sauna and jacuzzi was a really special experience, well worth the price, included use of a private standard sauna as well. There were 2 reindeers as well that you could feed and free use of their toboggans, kick sledges and snow tubes!Hiu LamUnited Kingdom

We weren't very lucky as it was very cloudy so we didn't see the northern lights but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We booked the snowmobile excursion for the morning, we had a nice lunch and then we booked the private sauna and jacuzzi. The dinner we got at the restaurant was very good as well. After the check out we were also able to visit for free the ice hotel. Definitely I would recommend it.

The beautiful Autume (late September 23) scenery around hotel and lake with serene environments, colourful trees, self walking trails around hotel, found lots of black, red & blue berry trees bearing lots of berries. Breakfast is excellent with many nordic food which I enjoyed very much!

For a triple room i would especially recommend the streetview room. However, i would not repeat the experience again, as i prefer having the convenience of a private shower and bathroom.

Also the beds were adjustable and the shower was nice. It didn't come into play during our stay, but they did have an alarm service that wakes you when an aurora appears.
