Very pretty Hotel perfectly located to explore Alsace. The staff was friendly (Muriel exceptionally so!) We felt very warmly welcomed. Our dog was also welcome and treated very friendly. She could join us in the breakfast hall, and even though we didn't eat in the restaurant it seems like dogs are allowed there as well. The rooms are very spacious and ours had an Aircon which was a life saver during the heat. The bed was huge and also very comfortable. We had a great stay and would come back to stay at La Charrue again.

Very clean, very nice hotel. We stayed in Winter so we did not use the pool but it looked nice. We did not use the spa. Everything we did use was great! Nice, quiet, comfortably sized rooms. Breakfast was very good. The Coffee in particular was probably the best we've ever had. It was excellent! Dark and strong without even a hint of bitterness or burnt taste. It was perfection! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice and it was quite good. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Breakfast was really good, the room was nice - nothing fancy or very large, but nice. Staff was welcoming at check-in, even to a couple of English-speakers who can only manage a few simple phrases in French. This was a nice place to stay outside of Strasbourg, then use the park & ride to visit Strasbourg without driving into the city center and fighting parking.

The place is beautiful, if has everything you need and the town is very well located, close to Strasbourg, Colmar and Europa Park. We enjoyed the town itself as well, having fresh baguettes in the morning from the local boulangerie, there is also a sports complex nearby with a playground for the kids and soccer/basketball/tennis courts.
