Biggest pluses were location and staff. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, but a little inconvenient to access, up a short flight of narrow stairs from the elevator. A bonus was the hotel breakfast: in a lovely room off the lobby, higher quality and reasonable priced.

The Grand Hotel Roi Rene is exquisite !! Beautifully appointed and nice amenities.
Located very close to Cours Mirabeau, within walking distance.
The front desk staff is very kind & helpful. Lovely lounge for aperitif and on Fridays, they had live music.
Nice sun beds by the pool, and if you go into the lounge, you can let them know you’d like pool side service.

Large room in a villa-like manor house..17th C and glorious. So easy it was to have very good service and imagine living in such comfortable splendor. Breakfasts were an anticipated delight; staff anticipated every need. The owners and staff came close to being like family after 5 days. We shall return. Precious place👏👏Joyce Clark/Ghassan Habib

My husband and I visited Aix-en-provence from March 21-26. We stayed in Les Lodges Sainte-Victorie Hotel & Spa for the entire trip. The staff were attentive and helpful, as English speakers, we never felt left out or treated without respect. Special shout out to Benoit, Gregory and Laurent, thanks to them, we had an amazing trip in Provence. The Les Lodges crew has maintained the highest standards of hospitality that the company should be proud of, and cherish. For anyone who reads my post, this is a hotel you don't want to miss if you plan to stay in Provence.
