Formby Village has a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. The beach and sand dunes are spectacular. Squirrel Walk and the pine forests are beautiful. Perfect location for visiting Liverpool. Another Place at Crosby is well worth a visit.

The host, James, was super friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable. He provided a continental breakfast but also offered us bacon toasted sandwiches every morning. You are close to the sation but - depending upon your pace - it is 20 to 25 minutes to the central part of Formby. It is very quiet area and the garden is a great place to relax. Great sized fridge.

Formby B&B is a small establishment and James the owner was happy for us to bring our dog. The room was spotless and James was a great host, nothing was a bother to him. The beach is at the end of the road and it was beautiful too.

Lovely little balcony to sit out on - we saw an amazing geese migration whilst we were sat there (1,000s of geese!)
