Room had a great view but it was a very tiny room. And a little too hot all the time.

Very helpful friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us, they also catered for vegans too! The room was lovely, warm and very nicely decorated. The Malthouse had a rustic charm and a lovely view from the window🙂

I am trying to review Fisherman’s cottage-which was great except that it didn’t state anywhere in it that it was a studio flat. It said it had one bedroom but there is no door to separate it from the rest of the cottage so u are essentially sleeping in the same room as a fridge & freezer gurgling all night -and if u have a dog u have to sleep in the same room as it unless u shut it in the bathroom. I just thought that it was important to make this point somewhere as nowhere seemed to let me review the cottage properly- just gave me a set of tick box questions. As I said it is a lovely cottage unless u mind sleeping with ur dog and a fridge and freezer in the same room-which I did! As for Tintagel-been coming here for years and is as lovely as ever!

The views are stunning. It was challenging to find Merlin’s face, but it was fun when we finally found it:). Definitely recommend, don’t leave the place before finding the face on the rocks.
The Arthur’s arm pub is a great place to eat. Try the Cream Tea, it’s homemade and absolutely delicious 😋

The coastline is beautiful, and the sound of the wind, ocean and rain created a feeling of tranquility. Prepare for all types of weather in a day and your stay will exceed any expectations. We were able to walk all over Tentagel covering the ruins, Camelot Castle Hotel, beaches, trails, and the biggest surprise was doing a tour of King Arthur's Great Halls. The only thing i would do next time is eat early then do the sunset because no food is served after 21:30, nor were there takeaways avalable. We had to travel t a nearby village to get something.

Tintagel is a very interesting, small town/village, with many interesting features. It has a good range of eating and drinking establishments, so we were never at a loss for somewhere to go, or for something to do.
As an expat, traveling around the UK is very new to us and we are not familiar with pub stays so we had modest expectations to start. The Ye Old Malt house absolutely set a standard that not even many of the 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed in have met. The guest house suite was large and spacious for my family of four, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the warm open heart team that runs the place was darling. The Hostess had an open and engaging personality as she told us about the town and gave us the walk about the pub.
Dolphins Backpackers in centrally located in Tintagel and within easy walking distance of all the major things you might want to do in the area. The facilities were comfortable… great common area and kitchen facilities. Showers and bathrooms were great… very clean and worked really well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to point us in the right direction for everything we wanted to see. People were respectful of one another in the sleeping area.
The customer service was excellent. the bed in our room was very unstable the first day we came to stay, the staff instantly acknowledged the situation and placed us into a better room until the bed in our room was completely replaced. The breakfast was included in our visit and was really nice. The hotel is quite close to scenic places like the Merlin’s cave and Tintagel castle. Shops, bakeries, takeaway and fish & chips within a mile radius.
Laid back place for those looking to chill and have experiences with similar minded people. The owner is an absolute pleasure to talk to. Beach hostel but really serious about cleaning and common sense rules. Excellent location near Tintagel Castle. No frills but filling breakfast (all kinds of cereals). The place in North Cornwall. Rooms not overcrowded with beds as some hostels.
Our room was in the annex of the building, a large room with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed, large shower with toiletries provided. Room had good heating. Breakfast was included in our price and served in the hotel, with a choice of continental and cooked option. Free car parking provided in local car park, with guest parking ticket. Easy walking to Tintagel castle.
Breakfast was good, full english available, with toast. Also cereals and yogurts.
Location was great, reason for our trip was to visit Tintagel Castle, and The Wootons is at the top of the pathway down to the castle, with Landrover stop off point, pick up and return for the castle, right by the hotel.
The Old Post Office is also just a few yards up into the village.
This was a safe and clean space. It is located in the center of town and writhing walking distance to Tintagel Castle. the restaurant provided a bountiful and delicious breakfast. I overheard that the food served in the restaurant were prepared by a French chef. This was some of the best food we have eaten over the entirety of our vacation (3 weeks) in the UK.
The room was very clean and comfortable with a sea view looking out towards the Castle Hotel on the Headland at Tintagel. Breakfast was more than adequate with juice, tea or coffee, choice of cereals, yogurts, fruit and continental style variations. Cooked breakfast, omelette or eggs benedict/royale followed by tea and jam/marmalade. It was very good.
Excellent location, food, room, staff. I felt welcomed and everyone was so accommodating! Had a great night’s sleep after a delicious meal, quick access to Tintagel castle with tips for sights to see along the way! Started my day of hiking with a home cooked breakfast, everything done perfectly! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!
The apartment is perfect for a group of up to 6 people. It has everything you need to make it a home from home. The owner also runs the giftshop downstairs so was on hand for any queries. Located on the main street, there's easy access down to Tintagel Castle and lots of options for food and drink. Would definitely come back here again.
We loved our stay at Tintagel Arms Hotel, all staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food was exceptionally good and the room although small was perfect for us ❤ will happily stay there again not just because it was good value but the best experience overall. Thank you to Dawn and the rest of the staff at Tintagel Arms Hotel x
Clare and Phil were great hosts and provided a comfortable bed, great views to the sea and the countryside, and a terrific breakfast, all at a very good price. It's also a convenient location with short walks to restaurants and Tintagel Castle. An all-around great place to stay.
The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Tintagel Castle, Camelot, the statue of King Arthur and St. Nectan's Glen.
The room was clean and had all necessary things to make it extremely comfortable.
The food I had in the restaurant was delicious.
Everything was beautiful, from the hotel itself to the view, when I first arrived I just spent an hour staring out of the window because everything was so beautiful. The staff was also really nice and there was amazing art hanging everywhere.
Fantastic location, beautiful property, right in the centre of Tintagel. Close to a lot of areas of Cornwall. Nice walks along the coast and of course the falls and the castle all within half hours walk.
Our room was large and very comfortable. Large bathroom, too. We loved the decor. very restful after spending the day exploring Tintagel.
Delicious made to order breakfast.
We’d definitely stay here again.
Central location so ideal for visiting the castle. Welcome was good and room clean although shower room was in need of some TLC. Separate access for those staying so didn't have to walk through restaurant
