A sleep little town perfectly, positioned between the major attractions of the area and the the coast.
It has easy access to Durdle Door and the beautiful scenic walks as well as The Tank Museum (which is incredible), Monkey World, Alpaca Walking, Lawrence of Arabia's grave and story and lovely country pubs.
A great place to switch off from the rat race.

A good place to stay in order to explore the wonderful coast and other attractions nearby. Good pubs, one of which (The Black Bear) served a good and very reasonably priced cooked breakfast on Saturday. Useful shops. A quiet and friendly town.

Ideal for visits to Monkey World, Bovingdon Tank Museum and Wareham.
Plenty of footpaths for walkers.
Spacious combo of a double bedroom together with a living room suited for nasty weather conditions, located in walking distance from Wool railway station. The landlord is a very nice and helpful man. I liked his introduction into himself, the accomodation and Wool with its surroundings in the 'useful information' booklet. A nearby Pub 'The Ship Inn' provided lekker food and local conversation. At the Wool train station there are Beryl bikes available for rent.
The property was first class , immaculate in every way and very spacious and very private Jen was a great host nice and friendly and the breakfast was amazing 😊👍if we ever return to wool we would be returning to the dongola thanks again Jen😊 and just to add there are two village pubs on hand and a train station 10 mins walk away which gets you around easily, excellent location for bovington tank museum and durdle door xx
Such a delightful stay, Debbie was our wonderful hostess and a fabulous cook. There was such attention to detail, making our stay a pleasure. We rested in our room between visits to the area and family nearby. Wool is a smallish village boasting 4 pubs, where we got a discount on our evening meals by staying in Frome Dale.
The Studio was fabulous. Beautifully arranged, ideally located, incredibly fresh and clean and really warm and cosy. We can't recommend the accommodation highly enough! Wool was also a brilliant location; close to Durdle Door and Studland, the village has some smashing pubs and a bakery.
Ben and Jen were very welcoming and attention to details was impeccable. My kids wanted Nutella and mango juice, which they made sure was there next day. The beds were so comfortable on par with 5* hotels. Room was super clean and very very neat.
It is a nice place near the wool rail station, the room is clean, service is very good. If you have a problem to find, please call the lord, he is very very kind, and will pick you up immediately. It is so nice place, quiet, and beautiful view.
A lovely hotel, very friendly staff, nice and relaxing place. Lovely pub garden, and good food. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very accommodating, as we arrived earlier than planned. Would definitely stay there again.
