I liked the pool area, it was spacious, green, and comfortable with lots of lounges. The pool itself was great too, well maintained and the water was nice. The breakfast was great, everyday we woke up looking forward to it. The manager also helped us out when we had issues with the room and internet. When we arrived, Corfu was experiencing some wildfires in the northeast (near the resort) and had evacuated people. I messaged them a few days beforehand to make sure it was safe to come, they assured me the fire was far from them. Everyday they gave updates to guests and kept everyone notified. Luckily, the wildfires were controlled quickly and by day 3 there was no longer any smoke in the area.

I liked that the host worked with us with the late arrival time we had because of a delayed flight. There was no hard feelings towards us having to arrive late and we were greeted with a smile and a couple of waters in the room as well! We also received an upgrade free of charge , so that was great news as well. The property was very clean and everyone was super friendly. The parking area was small, but it was no big deal because the property across the street allowed us to park in their area if no parking was available at our hotel. We did not utilize the pool area because we went to the beach everyday, but they seemed like a nice option for people who did want to use it . The flowers in the area were really pretty too.

Acharavi is a great area for people who enjoy a slightly more relaxing holiday. It's great for families too, with a pebble/sandy beach and lots of beach cafes/restaurants. The main street has plenty of shops and supermarkets together with the usual tourist shops. The village of Roda is within walking distance along the beach front, taking around 20 mins to reach and the whole area is flat enough to be accessible for those with restricted mobility. If you like a little bit of bustle mixed with a peaceful rest in the evening then this is the place for you.

Nice little town with a number of good restaurant and bar options at the beach and along the main street. The sea is clean and the (pebble) beach has nice sunsets. It is not a rowdy place, attracts a better crowd than some places in the South of the island. Beach chair rentals count towards consumption which is a saving of about 10-15 EUR per day compared to some of the other less pleasant beaches.

Good place to relax in, plenty of eating establishments, quiet esp at night. Very friendly people. English widely spoken for menus etc. Pebble beach only. Very limited public transport from the areas near the beach. If you are looking for nightlife, go elsewhere!

The cot, extra pillows, water, mosquito repellents (I forgot to put on one day which ended up with having tons of bites-beware!) We ate fresh wallnuts from the tree in the garden. I am not sure whether it is the best location in Corfu, but we found everything we needed around. We rented a car to go to different beaches but the one near was also amazing. Our apartment was not very big but it had everything we needed. Both the bedrooms had airconditioning. There was also a garden with grass for kids to play and you can use the pool next door if you buy a drink (which is common for a poolbar). The host was very nice and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!
