Kipoi is a very quaint little village with 2-3 restaurants and thats it. It was easily accessible to the Zagori region close to the most famous bridges and main towns and the unbelievable Vikos Gorge which you have to visit, we went to the Óxya viewpoint which was amazing . A very beautiful area to visit but a very long drive from Athens especially if you come on one of the smaller roads, rather use the highway to get to the area then adventure around, we took a small road and spent half a day driving through forests with nothing to see. The map of Zagori that the hotel gave us was a great help
Monodendri is one of the larger villages worth visiting - if you like to hike take your time and follow the tails that range from 1 to 5 or so km from the various bridges it is so peaceful and the forest beautiful. Once you have seen the top 5-6 bridges and 2-3 villages it all becomes the same so don't stay too long if you aren't walking. Beware...... not all villages have fuel so don't run too low

So much history, special features to see and spectacular...
So much history, special features to see and spectacular scenery. Lots of curvy roads which take longer but give the best views. Vikos Gorge and the stone forest were very special. Two and a half days not long enough.
This place is lovely. It feels like a small village in the village of Kipoi. All the small houses are built in this same grey stone which gives the place a very peculiar charm. At night, when you are staying at the central plaza of the hotel, you can hear some distant sounds of bustling activity at the local tavern as if you were in some kind of recluse place.
The room was stocked with all the furnitures you would think of, even slippers! And the staff was very kind and helpful.
Thank you again for having us!
We had a really good time at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and big, the location was great (easily accessible and parking close to the rooms), and above all the owners of the hotel were super nice, and also had a great tavern with some of the best food we ate in Greece (right across from the hotel). Breakfast was also really good.
This was our favorite place in Greece! George, the owner, is so friendly and helpful and communication prior to our stay was great. The hotel is clean, welcoming and in a great location for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious… homemade yogurt, jams, spinach pie, and apple cake in addition to eggs, bacon, etc. Highly recommend!
Best of all first: the owner George the nicest person we met during our journey. He was so generous providing all the information about the area and highlights. The hotel is very nice, authentic, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety of fresh and local food. all in all a perfect stay.
Very kind and helpful people in the hotel. Beautiful rooms and good food. We have been there in february. You can hike, visit the historical sites. We also did ski- mountanering and we did rock climbing. A very special and nice place to stay. We will come again.
Very happy that we found this hotel to stay a few nights with ours kids. Staff is nice but don't expect to get tips from them. Nice fire in the common area in the evening. Breakfast is basic but some products were homemade, which is always nice. Lovely area.
Great staff, good breakfast and beautiful views from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The bathroom was nicely curated. lots of closet space for clothing. The hotel dog named Leon is very friendly and we loved meeting him.
Stavros and Valentina who are in charge on the whole location are amazing and helped us a lot.
They are happy to give recommendation and they are great hosts.
The view of the hotel is amazing! And kipoi is a great small town to travel.

A gorgeous hotel located in a beautiful village. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is a good place for exploring the area.
Pleasant and very cosy house. Enough space for three persons. Terrace, parking place and good Wi-Fi. What do you need more? We were very satisfied. In Kipoi there is a restaurant and shop.
Staff are heroes!!! Two persons are keeping one fully booked hotel and try to make you happy. If were not these persons we will had to demand our money back and cancel the reservation.
The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The quality of the experience we received far exceeded the cost of our stay. Definitely we will be back again.
