One of the best places we have stayed along the years of visiting cyclades and Dodecanese. Small but nice breakfast is included and renewed daily, and every works as expected. Great view of the castle. Mr Giannis was always helpful and accommodating with anything we might have needed.

First of all I would like to sent my special thanks to Maria, she is an amazing host and she definitely makes people feel happy and comfortable. Gorgeous house with an amazing terrace overlooking the sea and Chora. The house is very clean, very comfortable and it is beautifully decorated. She also has a restaurant just below the house and the restaurant is also one best in the island. They deserve much more than 10 points on booking.com :) We will definitely come back to Parathinalos Beach House.

Location was so nice and super close to the beach, sea view of our room and sitting in the garden was so nice. Room was big and clean they even cooled the room upon our arrival. Kitchenette was fully equipt.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was comfortable, decorated perfectly, everything in working order, had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the center of town and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the porch enjoying the view. The space allowed us privacy while still offering a chance to speak to your neighbors. The host was super helpful in familiarizing us with the area, with services and with recommendations. Definitely recommend!!!

It is a quiet place with good accommodation and restaurant options not to mention that it has a lovely sand beach with clean waters. It is only 15 min walk away from Chora (though there is a steep climb uphill but you get rewarded on the way back!). From Livadi you are also closer to some other beaches in the southwest part of the island.
