We loved the beauty and nature in Stavros. There were 2 small well stocked supermarkets and 5 restaurants. The beach was beautiful and of course the Mountain which always captured your gaze- a very scenic place away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. The Paradice Hotel luxury suites were first class and by far the best place to stay and as if that’s not enough, they have a massive deluxe extension and another huge pool opening in March 2024.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, we didn’t find anywhere else that matched the quality and prices; amazing value! The environment of the resort was lovely from the gardens to the pool area to the area by the sea with pontoon. Could have been even better if the room had coffee/tea facilities.

Stavros is a very calm place, with a great bay to swim in, even when the sea is agitated. It's great for families, but also for romantic couples that want to disconnect from the touristic vibe. For us the hotel was perfect, away from the beach with an easy walk. The bars and restaurants were plentiful and the food of a great quality. Stavros is a great location for adventuring, Chania is near, the old town is a treat, monasteries and the botanical gardens were visited as well as some of the other beaches in the area. The whole place is very clean and organised, good taste , great vibe. The studio has a terrace with a lovely view over the sea and the garden-pool. Room facilities- fresh juice, water, cold raki, some food to take a bite, plus all the necessary kettle for a longer stay. The hotel is close to different nice beaches. We were by car, so we explore easily the area. The owners were very friendly and kind. Thank you for a great staying!

For anybody particular re: beds - theirs are sooo comfy. What a relief. They have remodellled the bathrooms so they are now modern and very comfortable. The location is just spectacular if you are looking for a quiet place - car is a must. They have a great pool so if one day you just want to hang out at the hotel, this is a great alternative. There are some lovely beaches in the area though and Chania is just a 20 mins drive away.

The whole family is lovely, they are the best hosts at Stavros! :) Fruits and vegetables from the garden, raki, homemade chocolate made our stay more comfortable by them. We had everything for a great summer trip. The apartment is well-equiped, very clean and comfortable. We travelled with 2 children, they were comfy, too. The beach and small shops, restaurants are near. If you rent a car, you can trip a lot nearby. We recommend it, and hope that we can return!

The kitchen was stocked with pot\pans\plates & utensils for 4. Fresh Bath towels & bed linens with extras in the closet. There was a quiet balcony in the back with a table and 2 chairs that had some shade to protect from the afternoon sun and the small private beach just steps from the front door. There was a large public beach 200 meters further down the main road.

The house is nice, the living room is huge and was great to enjoy the patio. The kitchen is great and well furnished. Up to 4 adults and 2 children can live there even for months with all comforts. The house is well positioned to enjoy different beaches far 5 minutes by car or bike. Great place for runners.
