Vagia Beach Apartments, hotel in Vagia

Featuring sea views, Vagia Beach Apartments provides self-catering accommodation in Vaia, Aegina Island with free WiFi throughout the property.

So nostalgic, quiet and out of the commercial styles. When I opened up the kitchen window and saw the partial view of the almost perfect small beach, all the weary and fatigue of the trip were all forgotten. We could even hear the cock cooing aloud. Next door is already a few hundred years old monastery.

Klonos Anna, hotel in Vagia

Hotel Klonos Anna enjoys a prime location only 164 feet from the beach and 2625 feet from Aegina’s town center. The family-run hotel offers 20 air conditioned rooms with mini fridge and TV.

It was a lovely (very clean) room with incredible views of the mountains and the sea! A public beach was very close, as were magnificent views of the sunset. We were fortunate enough to have a concert of traditional Greek music playing nearby the night we stayed that we enjoyed listening to from our balcony and from our room through the large bedroom window we opened. I'm not much of a morning person, but I couldn't NOT get up for it since the view was right there to the back of our balcony. The harbor with restaurants and shopping was just a short walk away. We only stayed one night, so we didn't utilize the pool, but it was inviting as well.

We were situated about 20 mins west of Vagia so not in the heart of it but it was a lovely peaceful place. If you’re looking to escape and relax it’s great. Not a lot of dandy beaches more rocky but water is beautiful and there are some sandy spots Locals are extremely friendly and helpful Lovely restaurants scattered around

It is a quiet, intimate, non-commercial area. 15 minutes by car from the old town with many cafes, restaurants, the commercial area but far enough from them to have peace and privacy. 15 minutes by car from the monastery of Sf Nectarie; there is also an ancient temple 15 minutes away by car in an area with a superb panorama. There are 2 small restaurants in the area in case you don't want to go to the commercial area. The people on the island are very kind.

This place where I stayed for 2 weeks was the place of dream for my holiday. Everything was like on photos and description and even better. The house with apartments was almost at the beautifull, small beach! Well equiped beach at the bay with clean, warm water and easy going down to the sea for relax swimming. Apartments are nicely decorated with an artistic flair. Nice plants around. Great host and owner Lizzy. She is always helpfull with smile and good energy every day. I will came here again with great pleasure!

We totally loved our stay at Vagia.

We totally loved our stay at Vagia. It's a small colony that spreads along the coast of the island Aegina, when you walk around you find yourself in other small spots like Therma, Vati, Souvala etc, without noticing. There are mixed beaches, sometimes sandy, sometimes rubble, sometimes rocky, one should get swimming shoes as there are also sea urchins. There is an archaeological site and museum within a walking distance of temple of Afeia. We recommend renting a car for one day to explore the island and visiting Aegina Marina, Perdika, Aegina Port, Monastery, Souvala and so on. In Vagia there is a handful of family restaurants and tavernas with reasonable prices.

Lovely beaches in and around Vagia within easy walking distance. Several excellent Tavernas to choose from, two were on the beach. Food and drink not expensive. No need for a Taxi, there is a good bus service you can take from Vagia to Aegina port at 10.40 am which takes about half an hour and cost 1.80. It returns around 2.30 pm. This gives time to visit ATM and shops and experience more expensive food and drink than in Vagia. Perfect for a relaxing, inexpensive holiday.
