Magnificent place, with a huge archaeologic site often regarded as Croatian Pompeii. Definitely a place to visit, located very close to Diocletian's palace (Split), and Klis fortress, as well as lot more attractions to visit and enjoy....

Tea was terrible for a 5 star, we had to go out as I couldn’t eat it. We had no towels in our room, glasses or a plug for out bath so within ten minutes we had to ask for all These things which you don’t expect to have to do. I also think for a 5 star you would get an iron and tea making facilities, the room just felt cold no little bits to make it feel welcome. The drive to the beach was over 15 mins which we did every day so ended up costing us more in the end. The pools where nice and the breakfast was good but that’s all I can say was good. We noticed a lot of kids and thought there’s nothing for them, no play area, no pool table nothing. This hotel could be so much better if a little thought and love went in to it. Old town is amazing loved it there, beaches are great we loved plaza Znjan beach the most, we eat at the monkey bar and beds where very cheap for the day.

The hospitality was very good.
The hospitality was very good. The owner of the studio is doing taking care of the flat and check in. All of people I had contact with were extremely courteous and helpful with information of local things. Definitely would stay again
This apartment was my best choice so far, within Solin/Split region. The hosts were very polite and well organised, while the place was very clean, cosy, and well equipped. At the same time, the price was okay, a lot better than you could find in Split for this category of accomodation. The surroundings are a lot calmer than Split downtown, and if you want to get some sleep during vacation, I'd definitely recommend this apartment.
Exceptional hotel. Has everything for a quiet stay. The pool and grounds were outstanding with enough sun beds for everyone. The staff and particularly krystijan could not do more for us. Kristijan particularly made our stay amazing. Petra in the spa reception was dedicated to every single person who came to the hotel. Nothing was too much for every single staff member.
Hotel is located in a quiet area outside Split. You will need a taxi which can be arranged by the hotel if heading into town. For us, it was exactly what we were looking for.
Hotel restaurant serving great food although a little pricy but expected from hotel. Breakfast was great too, lots to choose from.
Reception staff were very helpful with arranging excursions.
Villa Stivan is your best bet for accomodation in Split. We stayed here 4 nights and the price-quality was the best you could get for a family of 4. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing (especially in those hot summer days of August) and the appartments are comfortable. Our host made sure we had everything covered and checked periodically on us.
We picked this hotel for the location outside of split and free parking. It is also right next to the Salona Roman Ruins which were fun to explore. Breakfast was good. It has many amenities like an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room (we just didn't have time). We were in the suite so it was spacious and comfortable. Staff were super friendly.
The location is in Solin, which is a small historic town close to Split. If you have a car, this is a very good place to stay.
Solin center is at 5 mins walk. There you have plenty of restaurants and a nice park to chill after a full day.
The room is really nice, especially if you are a couple :)
Great location and fairly close to Split. It is within walking distance to Solena which was lovely. Hostess is very accommodating and super nice. Very clean and has everything you need for home comforts - you can tell the owner has tried to think of all amenities to help make the stay smoother.
Best appartment ever. Very close to Split, which is a beautiful and attractive city. Not as hot as in Split as it is close to the mountains. Nice Pool, nice Lounge and the house has everything you need for a perfect stay. And the people, who rent the house, are so nice and hostable.
The hotel is located close enough to Split to get there easily but still avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city core if you want a quieter stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was always enough parking at the hotel, we never struggled to find a spot.
Very nice apartment, well decorated and luxurious feel. Close to a supermarket and perfect for daytrips to Split or other nearby area’s, without being within the crowd.
