Additionally, we were informed that breakfast was not included in our stay, which contradicted the details provided at the time of booking. The room's condition was substandard, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and an unpleasant odor. Despite requesting three towels, we were only provided with two, further adding to our inconvenience. The hotel's location also did not meet our expectations, contributing to an overall negative experience. During our departure, the lack of courtesy was once again evident; the staff did not offer a simple farewell, but rather chose to stare, which felt quite disrespectful. After raising these concerns with Booking.com, we were assured that breakfast costs would be reimbursed if it was not included. However, this situation remains unresolved. This experience has been truly regrettable, and I am compelled to advise others against using Booking.com and staying at [Hotel Name].
