It was clean and spacious the air con In the room was a welcome as it was very hot outside . The shower worked really well and it was a big room with plenty of towels that were changed regularly and lots of toiletries. Everything is clean, with very stylish/modern design and looks pretty new. Location is perfect to visit Bologna or also Ferrara by train (only 10 minutes walk to train station Castel Maggiore). The service team is very supportive and speaks perfectly English.

We had a small issue with the taxi at 2.45am (they arrived 30 minutes earlier then scheduled) and the staff came to assist us with the bags. The hotel is not very close to the airport, our taxi took 20 minutes (20 euros)
