Absolutely everything was spectacular. First the views - just incredible. Staff was lovely, the facilities even more beautiful than pictured. We booked one of the tents and it was even better than I hoped with clear, gorgeous views and comfortable everything. Breakfast was generous and we loved that they offered shuttle service to the train station. We also rented bikes for a day which was a great way to get around and see things.

The views are spectacular. The service was great. Breakfast is exceptional with so many choices, At dinner I received my first amuse bouche.
The star for us was the bar tender Pietro. He was engaging and knowledgeable. He answered questions from sightseeing to history. He also made an amazing Hugo spritz. The stunning view from the outside dining is a must experience. There is a park and trail behind the hotel. The trail leads to an amazing overvuewof the sea and the sea pool. All this in a romantic, elegant, old world setting.

Lovely balcony accessible by the spacious room, where breakfast was brought to us in the morning by an extremely hospitable host.
Great value for money and surely a better option to an impersonal mid-range hotel in downtown Sestri Levante, if you have a car and don’t mind a 10-15 minutes ride amid the forest.
