They helped us in planning our visit to the caves (due to bad weather, few roads were closed), thanks to the kind lady at the reception, everything went well for us. + Room was big and clean + Restaurant downstairs was excellent and prices were quite fair + Breakfast was decent + Google maps showed us the right way too + Safe parking place available free of cost

The room was non refundable so I contacted the hotel asking to move our booking but expecting to be told no but-to our surprise they agreed to move us just let them know when we were able to stay and if it was possible they would honour the booking.
