Very nice and quiet place. The host lady is very kind and sweet. The house was very clean and cozy. The location is in a quiet small town, that have supermarket, cafes, sport bars, bakey and some more small shops. The train station is 5 min walk. Surrounded by green mountains, forests, lakes and rivers. The town people are nice and smiley. The house itself has a lot of witches, trolls, fairies, dolls etc, which was very magical and special. The host was very flexible with the check in - check out hours. The house has a kitchen so you can cook for yourself. It had a bottle of water, some coffee & tea, some biscuits. There were 2 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. And one Bidet. The house has 3 bedrooms, so sometimes other guests will be present (I was alone there in my stay). The host come to clean the house usually once a day, but you can agree on other arrangement. Overall the place was very nice and I would definitely come again in the future.

Everything was open even though very little of the hotel was being used. We would have been disappointed if we could not have accessed everything, however we were treated very well

The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the train station, and 2 minutes away from the lake. The breakfast was very tasty. The size of the room, the view from the balcony and the overall cleanliness really impressed us.

The setting and grounds are absolutely gorgeous --wonderful place to take pictures of Lake Maggiore. The facilities are spotlessly clean and nice. When we were there it seemed like all of the other guests were on bus tours, so it felt like we were the only ones in the hotel during the day.

Located between the mountains and the Borromean Gulf, Hotel Simplon is in its own sub-tropical gardens, close to the center of Baveno.

The view is superb. I took a room on the second floor with a balcony and enjoyed the view all the day. The restaurant in the hotel is quite nice with a lot of great food and alcohol options. The stuff is super nice.
