Loved the location, small town with all amenities within walking distance, Fermo an historical town is only 15 minutes away and well worth a visit for the panoramic view and a walk round it’s charming sites. Need to Speak good Italian, off the usual tourist track, unspoilt tranquil, haven would recommend! Delightful place to visit and a good base for looking round the Abruzzo area.

The beach is incredible.
The beach is incredible. We visited the "free" beach, rather than patronize one of the spots owned by the various restaurants with umbrellas and food/drink to order, but it didn't matter. The water was warm (mid September), and clear, and was perfect for a dip, some exercise or just to wade in and look for shells. Not crowded at this time of the year. Quiet and lovely! Food is plentiful along the beach strip, and a walk in the evening is quiet and lovely, with a well-lit path through the centre of the tourism district. Perfect for a late-night gelato!CariCanada

But, most importantly the host, Emanuela, is just extremely lovely! I don't think we can thank her enough for making our holiday all the more wonderful. I've stayed in a lot of places, 5* hotels and such, but nowhere have I felt this at home. There was a private garage to park our car out of the sun. From the apartment to the private beach was a minute on foot so very easy to access. Free shuttle service back and forth to the beach / town throughout the day and up until midnight. Free parking and a great breakfast included. Lovely staff. Good value. We used this as a stopover, but would happily stay longer next time.
