The Hotel was amazing!! The receptionist was so kind and explain us everything. Our room was so clean and smelling so good! We have all the facilities we need in the room: A/C, TV, hair dryer, hot water, towels, amenities, mini bar, bed was so confortable and in your room you have security box. Also is close to the bus stop. They also offer breakfast but we didn’t take that because we leave so early in the morning.
Boasting a strategic position, the hotel is well connected around the Florentine area, where some of the most important industrial and handcraft companies in the leather or fashion industry are...

the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast
Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty.
Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)
This is a lovely apartment just outside of Florence. Giada is an amazing host, she showed us through the apartment and waited for us when our train was delayed! The apartment is fully equipped, full of light and everything you need! The tram into the city was frequent and easy, and the neighbourhood itself was one of the highlights of Florence for us! There was a lovely farmers market on Saturday - we would definitely come back!
The apartment was amazing, very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The equipment of the kitchen exceeded all expectations. Morover, the location of the house is excellent as it provides a good starting point to all the most famous surrounding cities (Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena). We only regretted that we could not use the pool and its surroundings due to the autumn weather - the pool area is magnificent.
The hosts were very kind and helpful and checked we were okay throughout our stay, and the home was beautifully decorated with all the amenities one might wish for. It was brilliantly located a short distance from the tram that takes you into the centre of Florence and near to the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We thoroughly recommend this property - thank you to the host and her father x
Place is great, 15 mins by car from Florence train station (if you avoid traffic jams). Really peaceful, green and relaxing. You can also reach city by bus, but that will be a bit longer.
Sara was a nice host and gave us tips about the area and what to do.
We were there before pool opening, I guess it's even nicer then.
What a great apartment! Clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet with some nice restaurants nearby. Ideal if you travel by car and want to visit Florence by public transport (tram). Above all, Alessandro is a very nice and helpful host. We would definitely like to go here again.
The hotel was amongst wineyards and in the Tuscan countryside. Florenz was easily accessible if one has a car and can drive to Scandicci, from there take a tram to Florenz. Breakfast was simple but very nice and the filling. We had a lovely stay and if we are ever.in the region again we would go back.
Irene was amazing! She was so helpful from the very beginning by getting us an extra room when I reserved a space that was too small for my group, to getting us into Florence, to helping us get a taxi and everything in between. Breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, all of the staff was friendly.
The owner, Grazia, received us with a big smile. Her house is inside a dreamy Tuscan landscape, and the apartment is big, silent, beautifully decorated, with a very well equiped kitchen. We had an amazing experience and would be able to stay there for weeks. The access to Firenze is easy and quick.
The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay, including a cooktop, Nespresso mc and washing machine!
It is located by the tramline giving direct access to central Florence, it is also near to local shops and cafes.
The approach of the host is magnificent. He left us with full fridge, something I have never seem before. The. ocation is great for accessing both Florence by tram or Tuscany by highway. Even stores are close.
Wonderful, charming Tuscan atmosphere, a taste of the Real Tuscany but a few miles from central Florence. Helpful, friendly staff. Descent breakfast. Overall definitely recommended.
Beautiful property close to Florence. Pool is refreshing at the end of a hot day. Agriotourismo options for meals at nearby villas. Very good location for families.
