    Tanah Rata is the main centre for exploring the Cameron...

    Tanah Rata is the main centre for exploring the Cameron Highlands. The main activities are walking in the nearby rainforest trails and taking a tour up to look at the lovely tea plantations in the area and then up to the moss forests up in the mountains (about 2000 metres above sea level). Take good rainwear!

    Tanah Rada has a quiet environment.

    Tanah Rada has a quiet environment. There are some garden houses left over from the British colonial period in the town, as well as many holiday homes. The front and back of the house are planted with exotic flowers and trees, just like the British spring and summer scenery.

    There are plenty of food outlets here so don't have to worry...

    There are plenty of food outlets here so don't have to worry about getting food. The local mall, Cameron Fair is still not filled up. There are many empty lots there for rent etc... We enjoyed the local market near Zenith hotel.

    A small town but with lots of activities to choose. I play golf at Sultan Ahmad Shah Club and it was awesome! My family also enjoying the cold climate and majestic view of the nature. You should come here to experience Cameron Highlands!

    I like the conveniece to buy food , laundry ,bank and many...

    I like the conveniece to buy food , laundry ,bank and many food stall and cafe and hiking activity. Should pay a visit to MARDI Agrotechnology Garden ticket only RM6.50 and must try the Chinese Nyonya food Fern's Restaurant. Food is delicious with reasonable price. Weather is cooler compare to other places in Penisular Malaysia like in KL , Ipoh or Penang.

    We loved everything about this place! Norman is extremely amiable and helpful. He gave us a tour about the property and gave us some tips about what to do in the highlands. Our room was equipped with a mosquito repellent and mosquito screens in the window. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. There even was a little cleaning station where we could clean our clothes after hiking in the Cameron highlands. Hot and cold potable water available all the time.

    Lovely area of Cameron Highlands with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants frequented by locals a few minutes walk from the main strip (which is more touristy). The host Charen was so welcoming and attentive - I had an accident that needed medical attention and she went above and beyond the call of duty, directing me to medical clinics and calling ahead to check for the medication I needed. The homemade breakfast was amazing too! Highly recommended.

    A very calm and beautiful hotel. With lots of flowers, nature view and sound of river behind. I love it. The house also spacious space and bed more than enough because we only 4, but the bed provided can fit 6 people. Good centralize water heater to shower at any time in that cold temperature. View was the best to relax..also have shop in front for breakfast and lunch. Near to tanah rata if drive to eat lunch and dinner.

    My family and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot. Check in was easy and the apartment is very clean. The staff also attended to our requests promptly. Kitchen for this unit was well equipped and we were able to prepare breakfasts and steamboat dinner on our stay there. Location was also a plus point as well. It was very close to attractions around Cameron Highlands.

    Fathers Guesthouse is the perfect place to stay in the Cameron Highlands. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need, plus the hotel has so much lounge and social space, with lovely seating and coffee/tea facilities outside. Staff are so helpful and kind and we really loved our stay. Plus make sure to book your excursions with them. Their tour guides are super!

    The location is pretty convenient, and you can get to a lot of stores in Tanah Rata within walking distance. Yet it is very quiet, and the hotel is very clean and pretty. So you can really rest and relax. There is no breakfast due to covid, but they offer tea packs and coffee packs with hot water at common area. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

    The host was great, he advised us on the best hiking routes and how to best spend our time in the Cameron highlands. The apartment itself was modern and clean, and we spent some time and did activities with our co-habitants, which made the stay fun!
