Landgoed Twickel is very nice for walking around (from short strolls to day walks). The village has decent shops and restaurants, and there's many more sites to see and walks to walk within half an hours drive.

Delden is pittoresque.
Delden is pittoresque. For me it's all about memories from way back when we lived in the area and raised our kids there. There are countless bike and walking trails in and around Delden. My favourite area would be Landgoed Twickel with its castle and Oele.MARIETCanada

Twin beds, sink in the room, tea and fridge in the hall. We could not stay for breakfast, so we got lunch boxes packed for us, very tasty and food all fresh.
