I requested them full refund which they denied. I did not stayed in this hotel. On booking site the address was mentioned 12KM far from Bergen city(2nd largest city in Norway) hence I booked this hotel.. I was homeless and Unfortunately Had to spend entire night at my car. Booking dot com has also requested them to refund but they denied their request tooRohitNetherlands

The room key can be downloaded to your phone which was very handy given we had a late check-in. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to go back.
