A little gem of a village, very close to Oporto city (30km). Lots of nice, modern, restaurants and bars and other amenities, nice architecture, typical of Northern Portugal . Great starting point for day excursions, with lots of sightseeing-worth locations nearby. Easy to walk around on foot-The medieval Castle has lots of character. The food is generally good.

Big and comfortable bed.
The TV was very Big and with a lot of channels. Paid channels such as Sport TV available.
Safe not available on the room and we could hear some noise coming from the corridors.
The hotel has an outside pool, but we didn't enjoy it.
In general, it was a pleasant stay.
I arrived at the hotel Having torn my meniscus in my right knee walking the Camino. The gentleman behind the desk brought my bag upstairs for me and then gave me a crutch to use. The lady overseeing breakfast brought food to me. Very kind and helpful people. Thankyou so much.
