Нам достался очень просторный, удобный номер на 3 этаже
Located 5 mi from Galati and 9.3 mi from Brăila, Villa Siret underwent a modernization process in the year 2023. Villa offers a garden with a children’s playground.
Мы не завтракали так, как уезжать нужно было рано утром.

Totul! Staff-ul foarte amabil, totul e de nota 10.
Didn't you know? There are plenty things to do in Galati, from taking long walks on the amazing Danube cliff to visiting the art museum or drink a cocktail on the Danube waves beach. You can even cross the river with a ferryboat and try the untouched natural Cocuta beach and take a swim in the Danube. Better yes, rent a small boat and go fishing. Or, if you feel lazy, drink a nice coffee at the central pubs and reserve your seat at the Fani Tardini Theater. Than, visit the Public Garden and maybe catch a movie in the outdoor cinema. And don't forget to ask for a Siret, a unique sweet biscuit which one can find only in Galati.

Not really a touristic city, but if you're in the area it's worth 1-2 days. The Danube promenade and the botanical garden are probaby the most attractive sights in the city. There are a few good (as in 'reliable') pubs and restaurants, but don't expect anything fancy.
There are a few big streets and a small central area worth visiting, otherwise I don't recommend exploring the city. Other sights can be found outside the city, e.g. across the Danube.

Galati as a city is improving year on year, i visit for business mainly and have been coming here for over 12 years.
Whilst the city is not a tourist destination in itself, the city is clean and the Danube runs through it, so there are some very nice places to visit, eat and spend time.
It has a very good shopping Mall and generally there are a great many bars and restaurants to choose from.
Galati is a great jumping off point to visit the Danube Delta, which is an amazing place for wildlife and a UNESCO world heritage site so preserved area, expect to see many birds including Pelicans, you may also see if you are lucky, otters, or even Golden Jackals.

Galati is a nice , clean and peaceful town and is enjoying the Danube.
Although is not a huge city is able to offer most of the attractions like theatre, public gardens, restaurants and so on.
Moving and getting around the city is easy and inexpensive.
Last but not least the locals are friendly and willing to help.
I really like it and warmly recommended.

As a new visitor I found Galati to be an interesting location to visit. On the Danube and building renovation is seeing new designs blend well with old world charm. The Science Museum was very unexpected. Check the weather before going. I didn’t mind it, for the most part, but was surprised by the cold on one day.
The people were friendly and helpful. I found trying local food very enjoyable.
I found the EURO was not commonly accepted. Make sure you travel with local currency.

There is not a huge amount to do in the city, but there are a couple of museums, and excellent walks along the Danube. There are some good restaurants, the city and the architecture is interesting in itself, and there is a small zoo at nearby Braila. I went to visit a friend rather than to see the city.
Perfect location in the center of Galati. But quiet as inside the bock. No noise from the streets around.
Surrounded by restaurants and cafe to eat and relax. Walking distance.
Nice long riverside for jogging or biking.
Private enclosed parking lot. That is super convenient if traveling by car.
EV charger nearby.
Clean and cozy rooms. Friendly and helpful english-speaking staff.
I'd recommend this hotel for car travelers as it is located day-travel distance from Bulgaria, Hungary, Moldova or Ukraine.
Romanian roads are excelent.
The hotel is very central, couple of minutes from everything in Galati city center. The customer service is all good. The place looks very elegant, the interior stairway is very nice. The room is the biggest (and highest) one we have ever stayed in. Very clean. Private parking space, which would be an issue certainly in this part of town. The price is good.
The rooms are renovated but the bathroom is the old one, as it remained from Hotel Galati. The faucets were replaced, but the one from the shower was flowing through the hose and the support bar from the shower was not properly fixed, which I did not find at the Mercure in Vienna... for example.
Insufficient parking space, I parked on the street.
The hotel looks to be brand new. The cleanness is pefect. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is there. The breakfast was also exactly what you need: good coffee, good drinks, small fridge with yogurts and stuff, fruits, some delicious deserts. For me it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here.
Absolutely perfect! One of the best hotels in the city. The rooms are amazing, beautifully decorated, spacious, intimate and very comfortable. We also had an amazing view, absolutely breathtaking! Great staff and perfect service. Thank you! We will definitely come again soon! Ah, and they have room service :)
One of the best places to choose for a visit to Galati. The place is quiet, clean and the check-in procedures are smooth. On top of that, the owner would communicate effectively and help with any issue that may arrise. Definitely your top choice for a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Bordeaux. Everything went smoothly - from online communication to the room, the restaurant and the staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Galati!
Breakfast was also amazing on the rooftop terrace.
I would start with the lovely conversations I had with Diana - the hotel manager, I appreciated all the details she gave me, then all the time I got the feeling of "being home!!". I enjoyed every moment there and I would love to come back!
Nice hotel in the Downtown. I spent a very short night there , but I am fully happy with the Hotel , room and personnel. The breakfast was great. I am satisfied with the varieties of menu.
The best thing about the hotel is the central location close to several good restaurants. The staff is very eager to please and I felt I got good value for money overall.
