The whole experience was amazing. As soon as we arrived on the farm, we were greeted by the dog and the little girl who were both adorable. The gradmother let us roam around the grounds and explore the fields with some goats. The farm is quite remote so you can really sense the feel of authentic Rumanian village life. But the hotel on the farm was super clean and the rooms were modern. The grandmother also made us a lovely traditional meal. But you have to ask in advance. Also you need to pay at the premises and they don't take cards. It was our best stay in Romania!

Excellent location to explore Maramures. Great hospitality by the hosts. Room is spacious, and the outdoor kitchen well equipped. Beautiful garden. Location with a special atmosphere and excellent mix of authentic Maramures feeling and modern comfort. Host helped us with renting trail bikes - cycling was for us a perfect way to experience the area.
