If you are planning a golf getaway in the kzn south coast, I would highly recomm this place as central to various course and close to restaurants and other amenitiesAAnonymous

Lovely outlook over the river, close (wheels needed) to the very nice Umtentweni Beach and genial hosting by Ria and her staff made this a most pleasant 4 night stay for our group that ranged between 7 and 9 people. Flexibility to and accommodation of the varying needs of our group were well managed, not an easy task by any means!

It is totally relaxing at Royston Hall surrouned by nature and colonial style architecture and furnishings. There are several walks thru the wood and down to the river prepared and signposted. The hotel has a great view down to the river. I saw several colorful birds in the garden . Will stay again.
