Country walks are easy. There are many trails around Betws-y-Coed, as well as most villages in Snowdonia. You can take a bus to another village to check out a walk, or try a different destination every day from Betws-y-Coed. Take water, take a walking stick if the trail looks like an elevation gain, take rain gear - it nearly always rains sometime during the day, and enjoy.
