Things to Do in Špindlerŭv Mlýn
White Elbe Valley
The trail through the White Elbe Valley is perfect for a romantic walk. The tiny, wild creek has carved out the valley over time, creating dramatic bursts of waterfalls along the way. You’ll walk across granite bedrock, surrounded by ferns and lush forest, until you reach the famous Luční Hut, part of the ancient trading route through these mountains.
Krkonoše National Park
Filled with wildflower meadows and moorlands, as well as glacial trails, this park's undoubted crown jewel is the snow-tipped Sněžka Mountain, the Czech Republic’s tallest peak. There are trails for all hiking levels, from steep climbs up waterfalls to forest paths for even the tiniest tots.
St Francis Chapel
Perched high in the mountains of Krkonoše National Park, this little chapel's peaceful aura is only enhanced by its beautiful view. The building is made from local stone and stained glass and hosts masses, weddings and other ceremonies throughout the year. It’s a lovely spot for a picnic, where you can admire both the vista and quaint architecture.

A great ski town within Tjechie. Combination of blue, red and black slopes. Nice town. You have to travel between the different slopes by skibus or car but no problem for that. For us (family with kids) one ski station was enough of for a whole day, especially Svaty Petr is great!

It is a nice resort to go for skiing. Popular among Czech, German and Polish people. Enough routes for skiing, nice and modern chairlift. It is better to stay in Apartments. Try to find one and you will enjoy your stay in this town. :)

We were there for skiing, prices for the ski pass are very good, but the slopes are a bit short and divided over two mountains. Good for beginners and people who do not demand big skiing areas. Prices for private ski lessons are also very reasonable.

Skiing was underwhelming, and inefficient, compared to East coast USA, but I guess this is the best skiing close to Prague. Mountains are beautiful though and the town around is quaint.
