Sunny getaway, 25 minutes from airport. Great restaurants and beautiful beach to walk. Romantic sunsets, fun bars and shops. Also, Barcelona easily reached by train. Open minds and open hearts await you.

Charming seaside town not far from Barcelona. We visited in winter and it wasn't too busy, though busy enough to have a good vibe. Walk along the promenade and visit the port, very luxurious. Great sunset views. Lots of choice in town for food and drinks - to suit all bu ... Show more dgets. Show less

It is better to visit in warmer months to be able to enjoy the beaches. Not much to do in the winter but eat. But there are a lot of good restaurants.

Loved the old town feel, little streets, and the absence (mostly) of traffic. Very pedestrian friendly with lovely beaches and promenades. Very picturesque. Nice dining and restaurants and friendly people. Thanks Sitges.

Recommended in Sitges

We were in Sitges during the Festa Mayor and St Bartomeu was feted all day and night for several days, giving everyone a chance to join in from age 1 to 101. The party went on into the wee small hours on the beach for those who wanted to but we always felt safe and welcome and the the noise never disturbed us in this hotel at the extreme end of the promenade

During the season Sitges never seems to sleep, especialy for the gay traveler. Make sure you get enough sleep or it will catch up with you!
