Yes. Lots of small shops on Yonge Street and Queen Street (fashion district). Found a ton of great deals away from the major malls. Lots to choose from and good prices if you are willing to walk around and find the deals

The Double Decker bus was a great way to see most of the downtown attractions and we recommend a full trip first to see where everything is located and since you can use the pass for 3 days you can go back to places that interested you in. Staying downtown was great and a nice walk. Found that the people were really friendly and helpful.

Not exactly cheap by the single ride. However, get a day pass or week pass and it is. Subways and street cars come often and run very late (3am on some lines). Clean and easy to navigate as well.

Dumpling house in Chinatown is to die for. We keep coming back there every single time. The ladies are making the dumplings in the window and you get lured in. Once you try you will keep coming back. It is not a fancy place just great and authentic and great value as well. We even bought some frozen dumplings for home and got a $5 discount. Highly recommend.

The hustle and bustle of the downtown at night. Many American cities have a downtown that is taken over by the underworld at night. We are seniors and walked back to our hotel at 10 o'clock at night

The crowd can be quite cliquey, so get out there and make the first move. Last call for drinks is normally around 2am and most pubs/clubs close at this time.
