There is free parking available and the owners are extremely nice and discrete. They even offered us fresh figs from their own garden and they do a great job in keeping the place so clean and cozy. We warmly recommend it and hope to return! Villa Angela is also an excellent spot for who tours by car since we drove from here easily to Eastern and South Eastern Crete and the drive is an amazing experience since you get towards the real Cretan landscapes that combines sea and arid mountains in a breathtaking visual experience. The beaches around are excellent and we recommend a drive to Vai or closer by to Mochlos. The town of Agios Nikolaos is a short drive away.”

Less than 5 minute drive to Istro where lots of lovely little shops also plenty of places to eat amazing Greek home cooked food. Great central place to explore the east of Crete with Irepetra about 30 min drive which is the most southern town in Europe. Ag Nikolos is about 20 minutes drive and well worth seeing and feeling the eveing life for family's and the younger.
On the rocks listening to the sea is fantastic, entering the water beside the house is wonderful. 2 minute walk in either directed takes you to many little coves. The beach is pebbles but once you are in the water it's sand.
Locals use this beach and its quieter and lots of space for family's. Sitting on the beach looking at your accommodation is rather super.
The house is three appartments which if a Large group or family rented would be the most amazing holiday. Very quiet and private, but having people next to us was great, everybody was very friendly and happy to get on with their holiday. Great bbq area for all to use and everything you could need if you wanted to cook at home.
I would love to come back to this amazing stone-house.
